The RP-JC-1200 Jaw Crusher reduces large rock and ore for downstream processing. A heavy welded frame, deep crushing chamber and hydraulic discharge adjustment make it suitable for the primary crushing stage in quarries, metal mines and aggregate plants.

Construction & operating benefits
Deep crushing chamber
The chamber provides space for compression crushing. Controlled, even feeding helps maintain a continuous material flow.
Hydraulic discharge adjustment
A 100–200 mm discharge setting allows adjustment to suit the next processing stage. The setting is not a guarantee of the complete product size distribution.
Reversible jaw plates
High-manganese jaw plates can be reversed according to wear condition. Overload protection and routine inspections support load management.

How the machine fits the circuit
